Flamenco singer Diego Guerrero and his Melbourne born partner and percussionist, Nasrine Rahmani will, once again, visit Australia, but this time he is bringing his Madridbased band ‘El Solar de Artistas’.
Diego Guerrero and his sextet perform an equisite blend of flamenco and jazz, often underlined with Afro-Cuban rhythms. The delightful tones of Diego voice will equally seduce and captivate lovers of flamenco and jazz. His shows are always well received and they do book fast. The melbourne performance will traverse the genres of guaguanco, bulería, tango, copla and rumba flamenca

Diego, born in Andalusia and now living in Madrid, is recognised as a ground breaking young innovator, twisting strains of tango and copla, salsa and jazz into flamenco, yet remaining faithful to the purity of the music’s essence. At just 29 years of age, this talented young flamenco vocalist is also making a name for himself as a gifted arranger and composer.
