Open Studio in Northcote, Melbourne is one of those rare and intimate venues that finds a groovy niche and just keeps providing punters with a great night out based on a simple formula of unique gypsy bands, booze and crepes.
This Friday night Open Studio will host “An evening of Flamenco with Vikingo de Jerez.” » Friday the 14th of May, 8pm.
This is Vikingo de Jerez’s first performance at Open Studio and the evening will include original flamenco pieces composed by Rowland Schultz, accompanied by Michael Kontochristos (cajon) and Joshua Arent (udu), with special guest dancers and a gipsy flamenco singer from spain.
