Known Issues, Notes and Rules

  • If you get an error message, we can probably still ressurect your entry from our database!
    Contact us with your error, rather than attempting to submit it again.
  • We do not approve recurring solo events!
    Flamenco duos, flamenco groups, special flamenco events and flamenco fusion will always be accepted.
  • Recurring events are restricted to one month of recurrence!
    Circumstances can change and we need our information to be fresh, you will need to resubmit long running events every month.
  • You only need to enter venue information once!
    Once an event is in our database it will appear as a location dropdown selection when you begin to type the name into the form.
  • Each event can have Facebook comments, likes and sharing activated!
    Ask us if Facebook sharing has not been activated on your event.
    Once approved and published, send the event URL to your fans asking them to, in turn, to share the event.
